The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in the 76 mineral claims located in the Nickel North area of Quebec, Canada, pursuant to a nickel north purchase agreement dated March 31, 2023, between the company and an arm's-length vendor.

Consideration:  $17,500 cash, 200,000 common shares and 200,000 warrants

Each warrant is exercisable at 20 cents per share for a period of two years.
