The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in 14 mineral claims, known as the Area 51 project, located in northern Chile. The property is subject to a 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, which the company can buy back at any time for $1.25-million (U.S.).

Consideration:  $10,000 (U.S.), 200,000 common shares and 200,000 warrants (Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at the price of 19 cents for a period of two years.)
