NORTH AMERICAN FINANCIAL 15 SPLIT CORP. MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR CLASS A & PREFERRED SHARE

North American Financial 15 Split Corp. has declared its regular monthly distributions of 11.335 cents for each Class A share ($1.3602 annualized) and 7.917 cents for each preferred share (95 cents annually). Distributions are payable April 10, 2024, to shareholders on record as at March 28, 2024.

Since inception, Class A shareholders have received a total of $16.27 per share and preferred shareholders have received a total of $10.98 per share, inclusive of these distributions, for a combined total of $27.25.
