FAIRFAX ANNOUNCES EARLY REDEMPTION OF SENIOR NOTES DUE MARCH 3, 2025

Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd., on March 15, 2024, is redeeming all of its outstanding 4.95 per cent senior notes due March 3, 2025, at a redemption price of 100 per cent of the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest. There is $348,564,000 principal amount of notes currently outstanding.
