The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that First Mining Gold Corp. will list additional common shares at the open on July 22, 2025. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated July 16, 2025, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 23, 2024, First Mining will issue 66.67 million units at 18 cents per unit in an offering.

According to the TSX, each unit will consist of one share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one share at 27 cents per share for 36 months following the closing date of the offering. The units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering, and the warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
