FIRST MINING ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM 2023 AGM

First Mining Gold Corp. has released the voting results from the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver on June 14, 2023.

A total of 287,460,981 common shares of First Mining were represented at the 2023 AGM, representing 35.59 per cent of the company's outstanding common shares as at the record date of April 26, 2023. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the meeting. All five director nominees listed in the company's management information circular dated May 1, 2023, were elected as shown in the attached table.
