The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Fission Uranium Corp. will list additional shares at the open on Dec. 21, 2020. According to the TSX, the listing covers shares to be issued in an offering of 14,878,049 flow-through (FT) units at 41 cents per unit, pursuant to the terms of a prospectus supplement dated Dec. 15, 2020.

The TSX reports that each FT unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at 50 cents per share for 24 months following the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
