FIRST CAPITAL REIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust will make a cash distribution of 7.2 cents per REIT unit for the month of January, representing approximately 86 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on Feb. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Jan. 31, 2024.
