FIRST CAPITAL REIT ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust will make a cash distribution of 7.2 cents per REIT unit for the month of December, representing approximately 86 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on Jan. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Dec. 29, 2023.
