FIRST CAPITAL REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust will make a cash distribution of 7.2 cents per REIT unit for the month of November, representing approximately 86 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on Dec. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Nov. 30, 2023.
