FIRST CAPITAL REIT ANNOUNCES APRIL 2021 DISTRIBUTION

First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust will make a cash distribution of 3.6 cents per REIT unit for the month of April, representing approximately 43 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on May 17, 2021, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2021.
