Foremost Lithium Resource & Technology Ltd. has consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 50 preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 3,993,387 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.
