Preliminary Unaudited Third Quarter Fiscal 2023 Financial Highlights

The Company is also pleased to report preliminary unaudited revenue, gross margin and adjusted EBITDA results for the three months ended September 30, 2023. All amounts are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Total revenue from continuing operations for the three months ended September 30, 2023, was in the range of $4.5 million to $4.8 million, a 5% to 12% increase as compared to the same period in 2022.Gross margin from continuing operations for the three months ended September 30, 2023, was in the range of 56% to 59% as compared to 50% for the same period in 2022.Total adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended September 30, 2023, in the range of $(0.1) million to $0.2 million, an increase of at least $1.2 million year-over-year.Strategic divestment of iGaming assets to result in annualized cash savings of $7.8 million.
