FANSUNITE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Fansunite Entertainment Inc. has released the voting results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 23, 2023.

All nominees listed in the company's management information circular dated May 10, 2023, were duly elected as directors of the company, to hold office until the next annual meeting of the shareholders, with the results set out in the report of voting results filed prepared and filed by the company on June 23, 2023, under the company's SEDAR profile.

At the meeting, KPMG LLP, chartered accountants, was reappointed as auditor of the company to hold office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors.
