The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated May 6, 2025, between the company and two arm's-length parties, whereby the company will acquire 100 per cent of the right, title and interest in eight mineral licences located around the company's Atlantic nickel project in central Newfoundland in the Cold Spring Pod and Coy Pond areas.

By way of consideration, the company will issue one million common shares to the vendors.

The vendors will retain a 2.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the licences. The company may purchase up to a 1-per-cent royalty at any time for $1-million.
