Equitorial Exploration Corp. (the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1,800,000
incentive stock options (the "Options") to eligible optionees under the Company's incentive stock option plan.
All of the Options are exercisable at a price of $0.09 per share for a period of five (5) years. The grant of the
Options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and in accordance with the Company's stock
option plan.
