E3 LITHIUM'S CLEARWATER PROJECT SELECTED FOR THE CANADA INVESTMENT SUMMIT PROSPECTUS; COMPANY ESTABLISHES STRATEGIC ADVISORY GROUP

E3 Lithium Ltd.'s Clearwater project has been selected for inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, a curated portfolio of investment-ready Canadian projects presented to global institutional investors, strategic partners and allied governments. Concurrently, the company announces the formation of its strategic advisory group, with the appointment of industry leaders Chris Slubicki, Dr. Mike Dixon and Kyle Rousay.

Clearwater selected for the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus

The Canada Investment Summit is being hosted by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Public Sector Pension Investment Board in Toronto, Ont., on Sept. 14 and Sept. 15, 2026. The summit convenes international institutional capital, strategic industry participants and government partners to attract up to $1-trillion of investment into Canada, including a short list of Canadian projects named in the prospectus. Inclusion in the prospectus is by selection only and reflects the technical maturity, strategic value and investment readiness of the selected projects. E3's Clearwater project's inclusion reflects its combination of scale, technical maturity, infrastructure access and jurisdictional advantages that few lithium projects possess simultaneously, anywhere in the world.

Resource scale: The Clearwater project sits within Alberta's Bashaw district, where E3 has defined 16.2 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) measured and indicated mineral resource, one of the largest lithium resource endowments in North America. The company is progressing development of Stage 1 of the project with a capacity of 12,000 tonnes per year of lithium carbonate with the resource and brine volume to support significant increases in production.

Engineered, not conceptual: E3's Clearwater project will produce battery-ready products in Alberta, without the need for additional refining. The front-end engineering and design (FEED) for the first of many facilities is under way, building on E3's prefeasibility study completed in 2024, which confirmed Canada's first proven and probable lithium brine reserve with an after-tax net present value (discounted at 8 per cent) of $3.7-billion (U.S.). Operating the only lithium carbonate demonstration facility in Canada, E3 is currently proving the process at increasing scale.

Infrastructure and jurisdiction: The Clearwater project is transitioning a historic producing asset; it leverages Alberta's existing energy infrastructure, including roads, power, wellbore data and an experienced work force. Alberta provides a single, established regulator and a century of operating precedent; a materially different risk profile than greenfield lithium development in most other jurisdictions.

Advancing toward commercialization: The company has made significant advancement in moving the project from a concept to resource and reserves identification, building and operating a demonstration facility, producing battery-grade lithium carbonate, submitting the central processing facility permit application, and advancing its feasibility study as it progresses toward final investment decision.

Formation of E3's strategic advisory group

E3 has established a strategic advisory group comprising Mr. Slubicki, Dr. Dixon and Mr. Rousay. The advisers will support the chief executive officer and the executive team, providing counsel on capital allocation, project financing, strategic partnerships and offtake, transaction execution, process design decisions, readiness for construction, and technology scale-up. These additions continue a deliberate buildout of senior capability ahead of commercialization, including Brian Newmarch's appointment as chief financial officer in mid-2025 and Tom Gear's appointment as chief operating officer in mid-2026.

Mr. Slubicki is a founder and former president, CEO and director of Modern Resources Inc., a Calgary-based producer he grew to 20,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day and which was recognized as an ESG (environmental, social and governance) leader and low-cost performer before its sale to Tourmaline Oil Corp. in 2020. He previously served as president and CEO of Opti Canada Inc., where he and his team stabilized a financially and technically distressed oil sands producer and delivered its $2.1-billion (U.S.) sale to CNOOC in 2011. Mr. Slubicki was one of four founders of Waterous & Co., the global oil and gas M&A (merger and acquisition) firm sold to Bank of Nova Scotia in 2005 and later served as vice-chairman of Scotia Waterous. He holds a BSc in mechanical engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of Calgary and is registered as a professional engineer with APEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta).

Dr. Dixon is an entrepreneur and technologist with a record of building and exiting process technology companies. He founded and led Synauta, a clean-technology company applying data science and machine learning to desalination, through its acquisition by Gradiant four years after incorporation and was a key contributor to the rapid global expansion of NanoH2O, acquired by LG Chem in 2014. He served as chief technology officer of WaterNext, playing a key role in the company's formation and program development, and has advised more than a dozen companies, including the MIT spinout Sandymount, acquired by Alfa Laval. Dr. Dixon has written over 80 publications, chaired the 2022 World Congress of the International Desalination and Reuse Association, and previously served as an adviser to E3 Lithium.

Mr. Rousay is founder and principal of Cedar & Stone Advisory, where he advises founders, boards and executive teams on strategy, growth, governance and corporate transactions, drawing on more than 20 years of leadership across mining, energy and technology. Previously, at Rio Tinto, he served as general counsel for the copper business and subsequently as general counsel, corporate, helping shape the company's global copper growth strategy and guide major investments, project financing, M&A, project development, and production ramp-up, including Arcadium Lithium in 2025. Mr. Rousay previously held senior roles with Schlumberger across North America, the Middle East and Asia and began his career at Bennett Jones LLP in Calgary. Mr. Rousay holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Calgary and a juris doctor from the University of Saskatchewan.
