ESE ISSUES CORRECTIVE NEWS RELEASE

ESE Entertainment Inc. has issued a correction to its news release issued earlier today (the prior news release) in respect of the company's normal course issuer bid (NCIB).

The company has been authorized to commence the NCIB on Jan. 16, 2024, instead of Jan. 12, 2024 (which was disclosed in the prior news release). For further information respecting the NCIB, please refer to the prior news release.
