("ESE"), has filed an early warning report (the "Report") pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues. In the five months preceding the date of this press release, Mr. Wasiela directly acquired an aggregate of 333,500 common shares in the capital of the Issuer, across 30 individual transactions, through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange, with the most recent acquisition occurring on January 8, 2024. Prior to the series of acquisitions, Mr. Wasiela owned an aggregate of 17,553,233 common shares of the Issuer, representing approximately 21.8% of the Issuer's issued and outstanding common shares at that time. Mr. Wasiela now owns a total of 17,886,733 common shares of the Issuer representing approximately 22.1% of the Issuer's issued and outstanding common shares as at the date hereof. Mr. Wasiela paid between $0.07 and $0.22 per share (at an average price per share of $0.16) for the 333,500 common shares acquired by Mr. Wasiela in the previous five months, for aggregate consideration of $51,580. Mr. Wasiela's acquisitions of the common shares were made for investment purposes and Mr. Wasiela intends to increase or decrease his holdings in ESE depending on market conditions and as circumstances warrant.
