The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Ero Copper Corp. will list an additional 8.51 million common shares at the open on Nov. 14, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $12.35 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Nov. 8, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Aug. 18, 2023.
