The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, Nov. 7, edition that RBC Capital analyst Greg Pardy has reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Enerplus. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Pardy boosted his share target by $1 (U.S.) to $22 (U.S.). Analysts on average target the shares at $26.40 (U.S.). Mr. Pardy says he was impressed by Enerplus's quarterly results. Mr. Pardy says in a note, "Enerplus remains our favorite intermediate producer given its capable leadership team, consistently solid execution, strong balance sheet and rising shareholder returns." The Globe reported on June 17, 2022, and Oct. 13, 2023, that National Bank Financial analysts Travis Wood and Dan Payne rated Enerplus "outperform." The shares were then worth $18.35 (Canadian) and $23.40 (Canadian). The Globe reported on Aug. 10, 2021, and Sept. 19, 2023, that Desjardins Securities analyst Chris MacCulloch rated Enerplus "buy." It was then worth $7.41 (Canadian) and $23.28 (Canadian).
