Everyday People Financial Corp. has filed an amended management's discussion and analysis (MD&A) for the three and nine months ended Sept. 30, 2025 (the amended Q3 (third quarter) 2025 MD&A).
Reason for refiling
The amended Q3 2025 MD&A has been filed to enhance and clarify certain disclosure relating to the company's previously disclosed arrangement involving Kenge Enterprises Corp. and EAM Enterprises Inc.
The amended Q3 2025 MD&A includes:
- Clarification of the company's intended role in the arrangement;
- Revised disclosure regarding the roles and responsibilities of the parties;
- Expanded discussion of financing mechanics and related party relationships;
- Additional disclosure regarding amounts advanced and returned under the arrangement;
- Clarification of the promissory note and related trust arrangements;
- Expanded discussion of prior revenue reversals and accounting treatment;
- Enhanced risk factor disclosure specific to the arrangement.
The amendments are principally disclosure enhancements and clarifications. The company confirms that the refiling does not result in any restatement of the previously filed interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended Sept. 30, 2025.
