ENWAVE SIGNS COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE DRY HUB TO ESTABLISH REV DRYING OPERATIONS IN EGYPT
EnWave Corp. has signed an exclusive, royalty-bearing commercial licence agreement with The DryHub, an Egyptian food processing company. DryHub specializes in the production and sales of premium dried fruits, vegetables and herb products for consumer packaged and industrial food manufacturers in Egypt, as well as international markets.
Under the terms of the licence, DryHub will acquire a 10-kilowatt REV machine to initiate commercial production at its facility in Egypt. Under the licence terms, DryHub will hold an exclusive right to use EnWave's patented REV technology to dry select fruits, vegetables and herb products in the country of Egypt. DryHub will pay a royalty commensurate with certain other existing licences granted by EnWave, and the company intends to continue working closely with DryHub to ensure optimal product development success. Pursuant to the licence, DryHub must purchase additional REV equipment within 18 months of the commissioning date of the 10-kilowatt REV machine and remit minimum royalty requirements to keep its exclusive rights.
