ENWAVE SIGNS COMMERCIAL LICENSE WITH ROYALTY PARTNER FOR FUTURE PRODUCTION IN CENTRAL AMERICA

EnWave Corp. has signed a commercial licence with an existing royalty partner, which sells a broad portfolio of fruit and vegetable products globally. The licence grants the royalty partner with the right to use EnWave's proprietary vacuum microwave dehydration technology in an unspecified Central American country for the production of several tropical fruit products. In exchange for the rights granted in the licence, the royalty partner will pay EnWave a six-figure annual fee. If the royalty partner elects to purchase large-scale radiant energy vacuum (REV) drying technology for use in the region, royalties will then be paid to EnWave rather than future annual fees.
