ENTOURAGE HEALTH PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Vincent Dore, Entourage Health Corp.'s chief legal officer and corporate secretary, will step down to pursue other career opportunities, effective Dec. 18, 2023.

Mr. Dore joined Entourage Health in 2020 and has played a vital role in overseeing all legal, compliance and regulatory matters, as well as shaping the corporate governance landscape. His leadership contributed significantly to the company's performance, guiding pivotal transactions that were crucial in setting the strategic direction for future years.
