In anticipation of possible amendments to the terms of listed 8.5 per cent unsecured convertible debentures, the TSX Venture Exchange has implemented the following mandatory trading and settlement rules on the listed debentures (symbol ENTG.DB) of Entourage Health Corp. There are no changes to the trading and settlement rules for the listed common shares (symbol ENTG) and warrants (symbols ENTG.WT and ENTG.WT.A) of the company.

Mandatory trading and settlement rules:

• Trades on June 28, 2022, to settle on June 29, 2022;
• Trades on June 29, 2022, to settle on June 29, 2022.
