The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that E Split Corp. will list up to an additional 2,561,110 preferred shares and 2,359,510 Class A shares at the open on April 19, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $10.10 per preferred share and $11.60 per Class A share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated April 12, 2024, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 11, 2023.
