The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that E Split Corp. will list up to an additional 1,889,500 preferred shares and 1,889,500 Class A shares on the TSX at the open on Dec. 12, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $9.80 per preferred share and $12.55 per Class A share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Dec. 5, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 11, 2023.
