The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that E Split Corp. will list up to an additional 2,245,491 preferred shares and 2,047,845 Class A shares at the open on Sept. 15, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $9.85 per preferred share and $12.65 per Class A share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Sept. 8, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 11, 2023.
