The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that E Split Corp. will list up to an additional 4,382,200 preferred shares at the open on June 13, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $10 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated June 6, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 11, 2023.
