The company has operations in Canada, the U.S., Britain, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. In its most recent quarterly filing, a number of key revenue and earnings metrics were down year-over-year, noting some "demand-side hesitancy" and delays in capital investment decisions from its customer base, adding it believes the current environment creates opportunities given the company strong cash position and acquisition experience. Mr. Donovan says analyst consensus shows upside to the current share price.
