The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, June 10, edition that RBC Capital analyst Paul Treiber has reaffirmed his "sector perform" recommendation for Enghouse Systems. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Treiber's share target fell to $26 from $30. Analysts on average target the shares at $25.50. Mr. Treiber says in a note: "Enghouse's Q2 missed RBC/consensus estimates, as macro uncertainty led to delayed new customer deployments, while profitability was lighter than expected, as integration of recent acquisitions is taking longer than typical. Enghouse has ample cash on hand; management continues to see an attractive M&A environment and also intends to ramp up share buybacks." The Globe reported on Sept. 12 and March 13 that Mr. Treiber rated Enghouse "outperform." The shares could then be had for $31.86 and $26.08. The Globe reported on March 28 that Mr. Treiber had downgraded Enghouse to "sector perform" from "outperform." The shares could then be had for $23.35.
