The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, Sept. 12, edition that RBC Capital Markets analyst Paul Treiber has reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Enghouse Systems. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Treiber lowered his share target for Enghouse Systems to $43 from $48. Analysts on average target the shares at $37.83. Mr. Treiber says in a note: "Enghouse's shares rallied 5 per cent [Friday], as Q3 adjusted EBITDA was in line, despite light organic growth. Given Enghouse's discounted valuation, the surprise from better than expected profitability offset lower organic growth. The organic growth debate is likely to continue, but we see long-term valuation creation continuing. Maintain 'outperform,' given Enghouse's discounted valuation and rebounding pace of acquisitions." The Globe reported on Feb. 10 that BMO Capital analyst Deepak Kaushal had reaffirmed his "outperform" ranking for Enghouse Systems. It was then worth $42.94. The Globe reported on March 14 that Mr. Treiber had reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Enghouse Systems when it could be had for $38.16.
