Agents' fees:  Clarus Securities Inc., $392,000 cash and 980,000 broker warrants; Canaccord Genuity Corp., $56,000 cash and 140,000 broker warrants; Desjardins Securities Inc., $42,000 cash and 105,000 broker warrants; Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., $42,000 cash and 105,000 broker warrants; iA Private Wealth Inc., $28,000 cash and 70,000 broker warrants (Each non-transferable broker warrant is exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of 40 cents per share for a three-year period.)
