Corporate jurisdiction
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the continuance of the company from a corporation governed by the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) to a corporation governed by the Delaware General Corporation Law as approved by the shareholders of the company on Sept. 4, 2025. The company has advised the exchange that the change was effective Dec. 30, 2025.

Change of Cusip number
In conjunction with the change in corporate jurisdiction, the Cusip number will be changed to 284898 10 3, effective at the opening on Monday, March 23, 2026.
In addition, the company's authorized share capital has been changed from an unlimited number of no-par-value common shares to a fixed maximum of one billion common shares with a par value of 0.01 U.S. cent per share.
