The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Eloro Resources Ltd. will list additional shares at the open on Aug. 3, 2023. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated July 31, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated May 11, 2022, the company is issuing 1,905,461 units at $3.15 per unit in an offering.

According to the TSX, each unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable at $4.25 per share for 24 months following the closing date of the offering.
