ELEMENT79 GOLD CORP. COMPLETION OF DEBT SETTLEMENT

Element79 Gold Corp. has corrected the disclosure of its press release from March 14, 2024. The number of shares issued pursuant to the shares for debt agreements were issued at 10 cents per share.

The debt settlement and issuance of 37.6 million shares was approved by shareholders at a special meeting held Dec. 19, 2023. The previous release incorrectly noted that this issuance was for 3.76 million shares.
