Engagement Labs (TSX VENTURE: EL), a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of big data, social media and word of mouth analytics, has retained Liolios to lead their investor relations and financial communications program.

Liolios is a U.S.-based strategic financial communications firm focused on small-cap companies across a broad range of industry classifications. Founded in 1999, the firm offers high-level capital markets consulting, corporate communications and investor outreach.

Liolios will work closely with Engagement Labs management to develop and execute a comprehensive capital markets strategy with a full suite of investor relations services. Activities will include: messaging and corporate positioning, strategic advisory and targeted introductions to analysts, investors and other key influencers in the financial community. Liolios will also schedule a number of road shows and investor conferences for management.

Terms of the Engagement
As compensation for the services rendered, Engagement Labs will compensate Liolios US$3,000 per month and issue 330,000 restricted share units, which vest over a 12-month period.
