The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, June 30, edition that RBC Dominion Securities analyst James McGarragle has reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Exchange Income. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. McGarragle's share target soared $23 to $150. Analysts on average target the shares at $129.33. Mr. McGarragle says in a note: "Our Q2E EBITDA remains unchanged into the quarter at $220-million, ahead of consensus $216-million, on the back of strong expected manufacturing results, in our view. Our unchanged 2026 consolidated EBITDA of $880-million is above consensus $875-million and management's guidance for EBITDA in the upper end of $825-million to $875-million. We see potential upside to 2026 manufacturing EBITDA estimates on stronger Canadian PMI readings and upside from defence-aligned capabilities." The Globe reported on Oct. 10 and Jan. 13 that Mr. McGarragle was sticking with his "outperform" recommendation for Exchange Income. The shares could then be had for $88.71 and $87.38.
