The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Exchange Income Corp. will list an additional 2,875,000 common shares at the open on June 14, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $52.25 per share, pursuant to the terms of a prospectus supplement dated June 8, 2023.
