ENERFLEX LTD. CONFIRMS SEARCH FOR NEW INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AND ANNOUNCES TIMING OF FIRST QUARTER RELEASE

Consistent with good corporate governance, Enerflex Ltd. intends to initiate a search this year for a qualified independent director. The board also announced that it is committed to achieve at least 30-per-cent gender diversity on the board on or before the company's 2026 annual meeting.

Q1 earnings release

Enerflex plans to release its financial results and operating highlights for the three months ended March 31, 2025, prior to market open on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Results will be communicated by news release and will be available on the company's website and under the electronic profile of the company on SEDAR+ and EDGAR, respectively.

Investors, analysts, members of the media and other interested parties are invited to listen to or participate in a conference call and audio webcast on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 8 a.m. MDT, where members of senior management will discuss the company's results. A question-and-answer period will follow.
