ENDEAVOUR TO ANNOUNCE ITS Q3 RESULTS ON 13 NOVEMBER 2025

Endeavour Mining PLC expects to release its third quarter 2025 financial results on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, before the London Stock Exchange market open.

Management will host a conference call and webcast on the same day, Thursday, Nov. 13, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time/1:30 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time, to discuss the company's financial results.

The conference call and webcast are scheduled at:

• 5:30 a.m. in Vancouver;
• 8:30 a.m. in Toronto and New York;
• 1:30 p.m. in London;
• 8:30 p.m. in Hong Kong and Perth.
