ENDEAVOUR TO ANNOUNCE ITS Q2 AND HALF YEAR 2025 RESULTS ON 31 JULY 2025

Endeavour Mining PLC expects to release its second quarter and half-year 2025 financial results on Thursday, July 31, 2025, before the London Stock Exchange market open.

Management will host a conference call and webcast on the same day, Thursday, July 31, at 8:30 a.m. EDT/1:30 p.m. BST, to discuss the company's financial results.

The conference call and webcast are scheduled at:

• 8:30 a.m. in Toronto and New York;
• 1:30 p.m. in London;
