ENDEAVOUR TO ANNOUNCE ITS Q4 AND FY-2024 RESULTS ON 6 MARCH 2025

Endeavour Mining PLC expects to release its Q4 and FY 2024 financial results on Thursday, March 6, 2025, before the LSE (London Stock Exchange) market open.

Management will host a conference call and webcast on the same day, Thursday, March 6, at 8:30 a.m. ET/1:30 p.m. GT to discuss the company's financial results.

The conference call and webcast are scheduled at:

• 5:30 a.m. in Vancouver;
• 8:30 a.m. in Toronto and New York notice of results;
• 1:30 p.m. in London;
• 9:30 p.m. in Hong Kong and Perth.
