ENDEAVOUR TO ANNOUNCE ITS Q4 AND FY-2023 RESULTS ON 27 MARCH 2024

Endeavour Mining PLC expects to release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2023 financial results on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, before the London Stock Exchange opens. Management will host a conference call and webcast on the same day at 9:30 a.m. ET to discuss the company's financial results.

The conference call and webcast are scheduled for:

• 6:30 a.m. in Vancouver;
• 9:30 a.m. in Toronto and New York;
• 1:30 p.m. in London;
• 9:30 p.m. in Hong Kong and Perth.

Analysts and investors are also invited to participate and ask questions by registering for the conference call dial-in.
