ENDEAVOUR TO ANNOUNCE ITS Q2 AND HALF YEAR 2023 RESULTS ON 2 AUGUST 2023

Endeavour Mining PLC will release its second quarter and half-year 2023 financial results on Wednesday, Aug. 2, before the London Stock Exchange market opens. Management will host a conference call and webcast on the same day, Wednesday, Aug. 2, at 8:30 a.m. EDT/1:30 p.m. BST to discuss the company's financial results.

The conference call and webcast are scheduled at:

• 5:30 a.m. in Vancouver;
• 8:30 a.m. in Toronto and New York;
• 1:30 p.m. in London;
• 8:30 p.m. in Hong Kong and Perth.
