The Globe and Mail reports in its Wednesday, April 26, edition that after a "strong" start to 2023, analysts at Canaccord Genuity continue to be bullish on gold and gold equities "with the Fed tightening cycle nearing its end and inflation rates falling." The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that analysts at Canaccord rate Endeavour Mining "buy." Their share target moved up to $52 from $45. Analysts on average target the shares at $44.01. The analysts say in a note: "A top pick in the senior gold producers is Endeavour Mining which, in our view, ticks all the boxes: fully funded growth profile, coupled with strong execution, a strong balance sheet and capital return program, and inexpensive valuation. The company also has a deep project and exploration pipeline with a track record of growing resources and resources." The Globe reported on Oct. 14 that Credit Suisse analyst Fahad Tariq rated Endeavour Mining "outperform." The shares were then going for $23.06. The Globe reported on Oct. 19 that Canaccord analyst Carey McRury was sticking with his "buy" recommendation for Endeavour Mining when it could be had for $23.14.
