Endeavour Mining Corp.'s share purchase warrants will expire at 5 p.m. (Vancouver time) on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, and will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on the same day, according to the TSX. The exchange reports each warrant entitles the holder to buy one Endeavour share for $2.50.

All trades in the warrants completed on Jan. 30, 2014, will be for special settlement on Feb. 3, 2014. All trades completed on Jan. 31 and Feb. 3, 2014, will settle on the next business day in cash. All trades completed to 12 p.m. (Toronto time) on Feb. 4, 2014, will settle on the same day in cash.
