ECORA RESOURCES PLC ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR SHARE DEALINGS IN COMPANY

Ecora Resources PLC has received notification of the following transactions by Marc Bishop Lafleche, chief executive officer of the company.

From Dec. 15, 2023, to Dec. 18, 2023, Mr. Bishop Lafleche acquired 57,900 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company at an average approximate price of 89.01 pence per share.

These transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
