ECN CAPITAL DECLARES FIRST QUARTER 2024 PREFERRED SHARE DIVIDEND

ECN Capital Corp.'s Board of directors has authorized and declared a quarterly dividend of 49.60625 cents per outstanding cumulative five-year rate reset preferred share, Series C, to be paid on April 1, 2024, to shareholders of record as of close of business on March 22, 2024. This dividend is designated to be an eligible dividend for purposes of Section 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
